Louis D. Kaiser has been in practice in Wisconsin since 1971 and in Hartland, Wisconsin for most of those years after graduating from Baylor University School of Law. His practice focuses on small business needs, estate planning and probate, and family law issues—including divorce, criminal, probate, wills and trusts, real estate, tax, business and elder law.
Louis is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Waukesha County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the Wisconsin Federal District Courts, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court, in addition to the State of Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Louis is active in the community as a past president of the Lake Country Rotary Club and Divine Redeemer Lutheran Church. He lives in Lake Country with his wife of over 40 years, Ann, and enjoys golf, travel and spending time with his six grandchildren.
